Service Area: We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not support international shipping.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders of £50.00 or more.

Standard Shipping: A flat fee of £4.95 applies to all orders under £50.00.

No Hidden Fees: We do not charge handling or surprise processing fees; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

We process orders efficiently to ensure your items are delivered promptly:

Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 5:30 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days.

Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Total Standard Delivery: 4 – 7 Business Days).

Carriers: We use trusted domestic carriers such as Royal Mail or DPD. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

If you are in the Bristol area, you can skip the shipping wait by collecting your order in person:

Pickup Location: Unit 5 The Exchange Hall, St Nicholas Market, Corn Street, Bristol, BS1 1HQ, United Kingdom.

Ready Time: Most orders are ready for collection within 2 hours during our active store hours.

Shopping online and collecting in person is simple and free:

1. Select Your Items: Add your curated Japanese stationery, gifts, or plushies to your cart.
2. Choose Pick Up at Checkout: On the information page, select the Pick Up option instead of Ship to automatically remove shipping charges.
3. Wait for Confirmation: You will receive an Order Confirmation email, followed by a Ready for Pickup email once your items are securely packed and set.
4. Collect Your Order: Visit our market stall at St Nicholas Market during our open store hours with your Order Number and a valid photo ID.

Order Tracking: Your shipping confirmation email will contain a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

Address Accuracy: Please verify your delivery address at checkout; reshipment fees may apply if a parcel is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address.

We package all items with the utmost care so they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there are any issues with your delivery, please email support@japonicat.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for an immediate resolution.
